You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent in order to submit a funding inquiry or application.

CashNext is a brand of Fransys Consulting Inc. that connects small and mid-sized businesses with working capital solutions. We do not guarantee approval, terms, or funding amounts. All offers are subject to underwriting and the terms of any final agreement with a funding partner.

You agree that all information you submit to CashNext is true, accurate, and complete, and that you will promptly update it as needed. Submitting false information may result in denial of services and possible legal action.

By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive communications from CashNext via email, phone, and (if you opt in) SMS, related to your inquiry, application, and account. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Consent to communications is not a condition of financing approval.

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Services — including the CashNext name and brand — are the property of Fransys Consulting Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

You agree not to (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) interfere with the operation of the Services; or (d) submit information on behalf of another person or business without authorization.

The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party websites, funding partners, or service providers. CashNext is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Fransys Consulting Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fransys Consulting Inc. and its affiliates, including the CashNext brand, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fransys Consulting Inc. d/b/a CashNext and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Fransys Consulting Inc. maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
